Chicken Burger Patties
I am grateful for chicken burger patties. When I am looking for a quick meal I tend to go for a Chicken Burger that I make at home from a frozen chicken patty that I fry up on my cast iron frying pan and put on a toasted bun or bread with some mayo and saracha hot sauce.
I am grateful for Melatonin. Melatonin is a natural sleep head that helps me get a better night sleep and better quality of sleep overall. You can get melatonin in a variety of different dosages.
I am grateful for afternoon naps. Some days I take an afternoon nap to help recharge and re energize my body. I usually end up taking an afternoon nap on Sunday afternoon after Church to recharge. Studies have shown that taking a nap is good practice for your overall health.
