Yes everyone should practice gratitude. You do not have to look to hard to find stuff to complain about. I know I could create a never ending list of things that I could complain about, and so could you. Gratitude is a muscle that you need to exercise daily! You can not goto the gym one day and expect to be in shape, you need to go and exercise your muscles to build strength and the same is goes for gratitude!
As you practice gratitude daily and make it a habit, you will begin to find that it becomes more easy to find things, people, places to be grateful for.
